Ridding the world of fast fashion, one runway at a time.
We joined other slow fashion brands to make a splash for a different, better way of dressing: ethically & sustainably.
The first-ever Farm to Fashion Show for the Regenerative Earth Summit was held this year on December 4th, at the historic Larimer Social in Denver, CO. Models strutted down the runway showing off the latest pieces in the fall and winter collection by INDIGENOUS.
While the highlight of the collection (as with all our collections) is that all pieces are eco-friendly, and handmade with 100% natural and organic fibers, the garments themselves stole the show. The designs were modern, yet classic and completely wearable, with an elevated bohemian vibe.
Joining INDIGENOUS on the runway were other brands helping to lead the way in ethical fashion. Our friends Eileen Fisher, PrAna, Zen Nomad, Study New York, and Patagonia are just a few of many brands who showcased eco-conscious styles, and proved that high fashion doesn’t have to come second to environmental responsibility or human rights.

Regenerative Earth Summit
Following the show, was the annual two-day gathering of leaders in Organic and Regenerative Food, Farming and Fashion for Climate Action. The Regenerative Earth Summit: Food + Fiber + Climate, was put on by At The Epicenter, an organization that serves as a networking link to “inspire community and collaboration amongst industry leaders and stewards of natural, organic and sustainable enterprises working toward planetary regeneration.”
The Summit brings together leaders in the Fashion and Food industries to tackle the environmental issues caused by decades of environmentally exploitative practices. Agriculture is the common link between Fashion and Food. Visionary pioneers in both sectors are exploring new restorative practices, while inspiring systemic change in manufacturing, production, and business operations. The two days were packed full of interactive working sessions, mindfulness practices, inspirational speakers and roundtable panel discussions. INDIGENOUS President and Co-Founder, Matt Reynolds, was honored to be a panel member and contribute to a conversation on Growing Traceability and Transparency in Brand Voice—something in which INDIGENOUS is proudly leading the way! Below are a few of the amazing attendee’s, speakers and panelists. See the full list here.
