Art in Nature | Sustainable Fashion Spring Collection
Fresh and forward, the spring line offers everyday modern wardrobe staples like soft organic Pima cotton tanks and leggings, as well as light and intricate knits and textural wovens. These styles layer together with sophistication and make timeless dressing simple.
Draping fabrics and fluttering asymmetrical hemlines evoke coursing streams and waterfalls. Available in deep and light blues, these pieces are able to mimic the play of light on water.
Intricate artisan knits draw upon the natural symmetry of plant life. Leaf-inspired details and textures reminiscent of ancient tree bark and dappled sunlight, mirror the natural world. These unique pieces could only have been created by the highly skilled Peruvian artisans who make up the INDIGENOUS fair trade supply chain.
Best of all, each piece in the line is all-natural, crafted from organic Pima cotton, and soft, eco-friendly Tencel. New fabrics, like perfectly weighted wovens, and ultra-light and breathable organic cotton crepe, make their first debut this season. As always, the colors of spring—including light lavender, papaya orange, sky blue, and moss green—are created with low-impact, non-toxic dyes.
As an all-natural clothing brand, the Earth is always at the heart of INDIGENOUS, but never before has the line so readily drawn upon the planet as its inspiration and muse. Each style will help tell the story of sustainable fashion, creating a wardrobe with meaning, and awareness through design.
