If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Indigenous garments fit, or feel the garment is defective in any way then please call us at 1 (707) 861-9719 x221 or e-mail email@example.com. Someone from our corporate office in Sebastopol, CA or shipping office in Hayward, CA would like to know the problem and discover how we can satisfy you.
All returned merchandise requires a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by our friendly Indigenous team. Before you return any items to Indigenous, please call 1 (707) 861-9719 x221 or e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org and have our support agent issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Indigenous.com Online Purchases
Wrong Item or Damaged
If you have purchased an Indigenous product from our online store, Indigenous.com, and receive an incorrect or damaged shipment we will make it right at no cost to you. Please contact us at email@example.com or call 1 (707) 861-9719 x227.
Change Your Mind
You have 21 days to change your mind and decide to return like new and unworn products purchased on Indigenous.com. You will need a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Retail Store Purchases of Indigenous Apparel
If you have purchased an Indigenous product from a retail store and are not satisfied, please return the product (along with the receipt) to the store where you made the purchase. We do not give refunds for items purchased in retail locations.
If your place of purchase does not accept returns and you feel that the product is not up to the high standards of Indigenous then please call us at 1 (707) 861-9719 x221 within 10 days of purchase and we will consider a replacement. This is not a guarantee of replacement. You will need to provide a copy of the original receipt and our return form we will supply you, as well as your concerns about the quality.
